Condition & Disclosure:

This gown is in excellent vintage condition. A few of the petals are a bit loose but that's a very simple fix. There may be a petal missing here or there but the skirt is so full that there are no visible "blank" spots. The shoulder rhinestone settings are missing 2 on one side and has a loose one on the other. Easy to replace. Gown is not labeled.

Absolutely gorgeous Authentic 1930's deep, rich 'coral fire' hued fine, couture sculptural (origami) "Petals" evening gown.  Truly worthy of the Red Carpet!  This was clearly professionally, custom made and is of excellent quality.  Sleeveless bodice with a sweetheart neckline and darts at the bust. "Petal" details (appliques) at the center bust and 2 each on the shoulders. Shoulders also feature 4 rhinestone accents set in transparent lucite. The full length skirt is covered in individually crafted "petals" and she features a sexy, scoop cut back.  I think she conjures a nostalgic "enchanted autumn" kind of feel with her leaf-like petals and rich autumnal hue.  This magnificent gown is a rare showstopper that's sure to turn as many heads today as she did back in the 1930's.
