This fabulous early 1930's dress has to have been made with "swing dancing" in mind with it's gold lace that shimmers in the light and it's gloriously full swing skirt. What a lovely specimen from this highly fashionable era! This dress even comes with a matching slip (aka "under-dress") to protect your modesty. The mid-section lace panel gives the illusion of a dropped waistline that was so popular in the 1920's. Shimmering lace also accentuates the sexy low cut bust and back, another wide panel of lace comprises the full skirted hemline. The contrast of the smokey blue silk satin and golden lace is beautifully elegant as is the unmistakably feminine design. This is a truly classy vintage piece!
This dress and it's matching slip is in excellent vintage condition! Clean under the arms and appears lightly, if ever, worn.
